"Good for everyday laundry, but not a miracle worker"
I tried Dirty Labs mostly on my kids’ clothes and kitchen towels, and for regular dirt or lighter food marks, it does the job well. I also appreciate that the scent isn’t overpowering. That said, when it came to older sauce stains or greasy spots, I still had to run things through again or use a stain spray first. For what it costs, I guess I was expecting it to pull a little more weight, but maybe that’s just me assuming the price meant stronger results.

"Skipping a Month Was Surprisingly Easy"
I skipped a month and expected some kind of runaround, because I don’t usually trust customer service to make things simple. But it actually went through with no hassle at all, which was a nice surprise.

"Gentle on my skin, but a little pricey"
Most detergents usually make me itchy, so I was nervous trying Dirty Labs. So far though, it’s been great. My clothes come out clean and my skin hasn’t been irritated at all after a few weeks of using it. It is a bit more than I’d normally spend on detergent, so I’m trying to stretch it, but if it keeps working this well for my skin, I’d say it’s worth it.

"A bit slow, but they did help"
I’ll be honest, the whole process took longer than I would’ve liked, and I was getting a little frustrated waiting around. That said, once I finally got help, they were actually useful and got things sorted out. Not perfect, but I guess it worked out in the end.

"Decent, but Didn’t Get Everything Out"
It got most of my laundry clean, but a few stains were still there after the wash. I’ve used other products before that handled stains a bit better, so this felt average to me. Not terrible, just not something that really stood out...

"Cold wash actually works"
I wasn’t totally sure a cold wash would get everything clean, but I saw a few other people mention it worked for them, so I gave it a try. i’m impressed. My clothes came out fresh and clean without needing hot water. Has anyone else had the same experience? Seems like cold wash might be the way to go.

"Works Well on Stubborn Smells"
I tried this on some gym clothes and a few old towels that had that lingering musty smell, most of the odor came out after just one wash. It wasn’t perfect on every single item, but it was definitely better than my regular detergent. If you’re dealing with sweaty workout gear or towels that never seem fully fresh, I’d say it’s worth trying.

"Clean Clothes Without the Harsh Smell"
I switched to this because the ingredients seemed a lot safer, that just feels like the decent choice when something is going on my clothes and against my skin. My laundry still comes out clean, and there’s no weird overpowering perfume smell, which I really appreciate

I really like this detergent. The scent is there, but it’s not too strong. It stays on my clothes after washing too. Some detergents give me a headache. This one doesn’t. My clothes smell clean and fresh. Not like they were soaked in perfume. I’m happy with it.

"Not Great for My HE Front Loader"
I tried Dirty Labs in my HE front loader, and unfortunately it just didn’t seem to play well with the machine. My clothes were coming out not quite clean, which was super fun because I got to rerun loads I thought were already done. I just wish the compatibility info had been a little more obvious before I bought it, since apparently that would’ve been helpful

"I’ve ordered from Dirty Labs a couple times…"
I’ve ordered from Dirty Labs a couple times now, the delivery has been reliable. I was half expecting there to be some kind of catch or random delay, because that seems to happen with a lot of brands, but everything showed up when the tracking said it would. No missing packages, no confusing updates, no weird runaround. Happy with the experience so far.

"Rinses out so much better"
Switched to Dirty Labs after my old detergent kept leaving towels and dark shirts feeling kind of sticky. This one rinses out way better for me. Clothes come out clean, not coated, and the washer doesn’t get that weird gunky smell after a few loads. Been using it for a few weeks now and happy with it

"Packaging made me second-guess it"
I really wanted to like these products because the whole sustainability angle sounded great, but the packaging threw me off. The box felt way bigger than it needed to be, and there was still more stuff to toss than I expected. I’m always a little worried about getting fooled by brands that talk a big eco-friendly game, so this made me question it a bit. The products themselves seemed like a good idea, but the extra packaging was disappointing.

"Good product, slow shipping"
I ordered from Dirty Labs and the product itself was totally fine. Shipping took about longer than I expected though, and there weren’t many updates along the way. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just kind of slow. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry

"I’m kind of biased toward the eco-friendly stuff"
I’ve been slowly trying to swap out the usual home products for cleaner options, so I’ll admit I’m already a little biased toward brands like Dirty Labs. But i’ve been really happy with it so far. My clothes still come out clean, it feels like I’m being a bit less wasteful, and there isn’t that strong fake fragrance that a lot of detergents have. That’s a huge plus for me

"Dosing is a bit annoying"
Soap is fine. I just don’t love figuring out how much to use. I end up guessing and sometimes pour too much. The cap could be clearer

"Noticeably softer, just a little pricey"
I’ve been using Dirty Labs for a few weeks now and, uh, my shirts and towels really do feel softer than they used to. It’s not some super fluffy miracle or anything, but there’s definitely a nice difference. I also like that the softness doesn’t feel waxy or coated. I’m giving it 4 stars because the size is a bit small for the price

"Does the job, just a little fiddly"
It works fine overall, so no big complaints there. The only thing is measuring it can be kind of annoying and a bit more hassle than I expected. Not a dealbreaker, just one of those little things that gets old fast.
